Terms and Conditions for Curieka

1. Introduction These terms and conditions applies to the Curieka app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Curieka  (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
2. Eligibility and Parental Authority Since the Application is designed for students aged 8-18, you must be a parent or legal guardian to accept these Terms and register an account on behalf of a child. By using the Application, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself and the minor user to these Terms.
3. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All content included on the Application, such as text, graphics, logos, video courses, quizzes, and software, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
